Our Vision

Building Community and Connectivity

M30 Collective is a one-of-a-kind development project set in a historic part of Indianapolis, where the Monon and Nickel Plate railways once connected communities across the Midwest. Now, these trails bring people together, providing walking, running, and cycling paths that stretch from downtown Indianapolis to the city’s north side. By revitalizing 46 acres along these trails, M30 Collective establishes a community where modern amenities blend with historic roots.

Phased Development

Phase I: MONON 30

A $90 million redevelopment of 14 acres focused on creating a social hub for residents and visitors. MONON 30 features event spaces, restaurants, and indoor recreation options.

Phase II: The Turnstyle

A 22-acre expansion that will add 100+ units in a village-style layout with single-family homes and multi-family rentals, opening in 2026.

Phase III: Future Commercial and Recreational Expansions

The final phase focuses on expanding M30 Collective’s commercial and recreational offerings. This stage includes new retail spaces, additional dining venues, and enhanced recreational facilities to enrich the M30 experience. Plans feature expanded event spaces, pop-up markets, and outdoor leisure areas, reinforcing M30 as a dynamic destination for residents and visitors alike.

Historic Importance

Indianapolis’ Monon Railroad, established in 1847, originally linked major cities like Chicago and Louisville. M30 Collective sits where the Monon and Nickel Plate Trails meet, serving as a modern-day conduit for people to connect with history, green spaces, and cultural amenities.

Community Mission

We aim to revitalize the community by offering affordable and market-rate housing, creating jobs, and encouraging wellness through recreational spaces and trails. M30 Collective is a model for sustainable development, balancing the city’s past and future with a commitment to inclusivity and community well-being.
